About Cloud Lounges
Who we are, and what an answer from us means.
Cloud Lounges is operated by Cloud Lounges LLC. We help travellers understand airport lounge access by bringing together lounge information, access conditions and the credentials relevant to their trip.
What Cloud Lounges does
Airport lounge access is decided by rules that live in several places at once: the benefit terms attached to a credit card, an airline’s status tiers, a membership programme, the cabin printed on a ticket, or the price of a day pass at the door. Those rules differ from lounge to lounge, they change without notice, and they are almost never written down in one place.
Cloud Lounges gathers those rules, records where each one came from and when it was last checked, and reads them against a traveller’s own trip. Anyone can browse the lounge directory without an account. Signing in adds a wallet — the cards, airline status and lounge memberships a traveller holds — so a result can be about their trip rather than about lounges in general.
The information shown for a lounge may include its opening hours, amenities, guest policy, where it sits in the terminal and how long the walk is, the access pathways that apply to it, and the source behind each access rule.
How it works
1 · Tell us the trip
An airport, and optionally the terminal, your flights and the number of people travelling with you.
2 · Tell us what you carry
The credit cards, airline status and lounge memberships you hold. With the cabin on your ticket and paid day passes, those are the five ways into a lounge. We ask which cards you carry. We never ask for card numbers.
3 · See the lounges, and the reasoning
Each result names the pathway that would let you in, the conditions attached to it, how confident we are in the underlying rule, and the source and date that rule was last checked against.
Every access rule carries its source and the date of its last check. When a rule is older than its freshness window, the result says so instead of presenting it as current. When a condition cannot be fully evaluated — a requirement we have no way to check, or a membership tier we cannot see — the result is shown as conditional rather than as confirmed access.
What an access prediction is, and is not
Cloud Lounges provides information and access predictions. It is not an authority on admission and cannot grant it.
Admission remains subject to the lounge operator’s current rules, the capacity available on the day, and verification of the traveller’s credentials at the door. A lounge may be full, may close without notice, or may be applying a rule that changed after our last check. A prediction describes what the published rules suggest. The lounge decides.
Cloud Lounges is not affiliated with any airline, credit card network or lounge operator, and no lounge, airline or card issuer can pay to appear in results, rank higher or be recommended. Travellers should confirm entry requirements with the lounge before relying on a result.
